In June last year, Lenovo announced there first Tango enabled or Augmented Reality enabled smartphone ‘Lenovo Phab 2 Pro’. In January this year Asus launched Zenfone AR that’s also a Tango enabled smartphone. So as of now we have two smartphones that are supported by Tango. And only Phab 2 Pro is available for purchase. There’s not much third party apps that can give a good AR content. Now a renowned gaming company ‘Epic Games’ has announced an app that can use the AR technology. So what’s this app is all about ? This app will be a Car related app. This app will add instant CGI effects into live video. This app is mainly focused for filmmakers who make Car oriented movies. With this app they can get very good visual effects instantly instead of waiting for a day or more on other technologies like VFX. This app is made in partnership with Chevrolet. As of now this app is not publicly available and it’s nor sure that they will made this app available to all.
