By enabling this particular feature, the user interface will change to a dark mode with bigger icons and images with options showing from a range of premium brands. It is worth mentioning that this feature is deactivated by default.
The updated Flipkart app is also coming with an image search ability and for this feature, Flipkart has added a camera icon that will enable you to upload an image of the product and search the exact product inside the application. You can find the camera icon in the search bar next to the microphone icon.
With the latest update, the shopping platform has also introduced a Live commerce feature and the same will enable you to find new products and learn about them in detail through influencer-led interactive video content. The Flipkart app is also bringing a brand new Chat & Buy and this particular feature will enable you to bargain over the product.
Flipkart has also introduced the new virtual ‘Try On’ feature and the same will be available on the product page at the bottom right corner of the image gallery. This feature will enable you to try a product to look how the same will suit on you. For this feature, you need to offer your permission to access the camera and gallery.
