According to reports, the Exynos 2600 mobile processor will be coming with six times higher AI performance and it is expected that the company will be using the processor in all the models of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 series. The Samsung Exynos 2600 reportedly achieves 30% better AI and 29% better GPU performance.
It is said that the South Korean electronics giant Samsung has designed the chip with a 10-core CPU cluster, including a 3.80GHz high-performance core. The processor is actually decoupling the modem from the main SoC that will offer more space for computing components and improving power efficiency.
The company has introduced Heat Pass Block (HPB) and Fan-Out Wafer Level Packaging (FOWLP) that will be solving problems related to the overheating and thermal performance.
