Instagram the popular photo sharing social networking app is finally making its way to Windows 10 desktops and tablets. Instagram was available on Windows 10 platform since April, but it was limited to mobile devices only. And now the application has been made available on both desktops and tablets.

The app allows you all the functions which it gives on the mobile platform, you can browse feeds, you can check your notifications, you can head to your profile and you can access settings and liked photos. It also allows you to search and also offers the explore tab, and also allows you to view stories. It also offers you direct message feature on the Windows 10 desktops and tablets application. Another cool feature of the app is; it allows you to share a post on Facebook.

The app also allows you to share photos and videos from your desktops and tablets, but to share your beautiful moments you need a camera behind your device. And unfortunately on laptops there is no back facing camera so users can’t able to share photos and videos. Let’s hope that the app will roll out a update in near future, which will allow laptop users to share photos and videos without the back facing camera.
