The popular shopping website Flipkart has announced a new credit card in India and for the same, the company has joined its hand with Axis Bank. The newly announced the card is dubbed the Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite credit card, and the company is also offering SuperCoins, (which is Flipkart’s rewards redemption system) upon using the credit card. You will get 500 SuperCoins on card activation and the platform is also offering 15 per cent off on Flipkart flights along with 30 per cent on items purchased from Flipkart Health+, ₹500 off on Myntra, 10 per cent off on flights booked via Clear Trip, two months of trial membership for YouTube Premium, 25 per cent off on hotel bookings made via Clear Trip
1 year of Lenskart Gold Membership, and three months trial subscription of Gaana Plus.
Users can also avail 12 extra SuperCoins per for every ₹100 spent on Flipkart and you can use the card outside Flipkart as well and for the same, you will get two SuperCoins for every ₹100 spent. It is worth mentioning that Flipkart Plus members will get extra benefits over non-Plus members.
Having said that, if you make a transaction of ₹2,500 or more then you can able to earn a maximum of 400 SuperCoins and that’s for only a Flipkart Plus member. Non-Plus members can earn a maximum of 200 SuperCoins on the same amount of transaction or more.
You can able to redeem these SuperCoins as rewards on multiple platforms including Myntra, Clear Trip, PhonePe, YouTube, Hotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5, Domino’s, Zomato, Leaf, boAt, Noise, Airtel, MobiKwik and Paytm.
The Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite Credit Card is also offering a 20 per cent discount on select restaurants and the same will offer a 1 per cent waiver on fuel surcharge.
That said, it is revealed that currently salaried people can only get the Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite Credit Card and they must have a minimum monthly income of ₹15,000. While self-employed business professionals and independent earners with a monthly income of ₹30,000 or more can able to apply for the newly announced card.
