Fossil, the very popular watchmaker has announced its latest Smartwatch called Fossil Gen 5E and it is actually to the toned-down version of the Fossil Gen 5 Smartwatch which was announced last year. The latest Smartwatch is actually an affordable offering by the company as it is coming with pricing compared to the big brother. Specifications of Fossil Gen 5E
It comes with a 42 mm and 44 mm stainless steel case and sports a 1.19-inch AMOLED display with 328ppi pixel density, it also comes with thousands of watch faces. Both the devices are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 3100 processor and that is meant for better performance as well as battery. The devices are paired with 1 GB RAM, along with 4 GB of internal storage.
The latest smartwatches also loaded with health-related features such as Cardiogram which claims to recognize the signs of undiagnosed diabetes, sleep, step, and atrial fibrillation. Sadly, there’s no ECG, but it has a heart rate sensor.
It also comes with water-resistant up to 3ATM, and a swim-proof speaker which will allow the smartwatch to talk back when using Google Assistant as well as to receive the phone calls.
Furthermore, Fossil Gen 5 SE also supports Bluetooth 4.2 LE, LTE, Wi-Fi, and NFC which means you can make payments via Google Pay easily and also comes with a standalone GPS.
