The Fossil Gen 6 Wellness Edition is featuring a 1.28-inch touchscreen display with AOD (Always-on display) and ambient light sensing. The device is available with a sole 44mm case size and it is featuring physical buttons on the side.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 4100+ chipset along with 8GB of storage and 1GB of RAM. The device is also coming with a compass and an altimeter. It is also featuring on-wrist calls when paired with a compatible smartphone.
The device is running on the latest Google Wear OS and the company has also introduced an exclusive app for recording important health and fitness data. Fossil Gen 6 Wellness Edition is also supporting popular health related features including SpO2, heart rate, sleep tracking, and automatic workout detection. Unfortunately, the device is not supporting Google Assistant but it is coming with Amazon Alexa. The device is also featuring Bluetooth V5.0 and NFC.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the Fossil Gen 6 Wellness Edition is coming with a price tag of $299 and the device will be available from October 17 via the official website of the brand.
