The Mountain View company Google will be launching the highly anticipated Google Pixel 8a smartphone later this month during its Developer Conference event and today the full specifications of the device appear online. The newly leaked PDF reveals that the upcoming smartphone will feature a 6.1-inch display along with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 2,000 nits, the display will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
The Google Pixel 8a smartphone is reported to come with the power of the Tensor G3 chip along with 8GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It will be running on the latest Android 14 operating system out of the box. It will come with features including Magic Touch-up, Better Grip Magic, Real Tone, and more. The device is said to receive 7 years of software updates.
The device will be housing a 4,492mAh battery along with 27W wired and wireless Qi charging. The device will also feature an in-display fingerprint scanner along with face unlock.

The Google Pixel 8a is reported to come with a dual camera setup on the back and that will be in the combination of a primary 64MP sensor along with a 13MP ultrawide sensor. The camera department will be supporting optical image stabilization support. The device will feature a 13MP front facing camera.
The upcoming Google Pixel 8a will be coming with an IP67 water and dust resistance rating. The device will feature a USB 3.2 Type-C port, Wi-Fi 6E, and support for major LTE as well as 5G bands.
