Gionee enjoyed the supreme role in the smartphone industry a couple of years ago but the company lost its position and also gone through very difficult stages. Well, now it came back with a budget-friendly smartphone called Gionee K6 and it is coming with 3 years old Android operating system – Android 7.1. Specifications of Gionee K6

The smartphone features a 6.2 inch HD+ display with a waterdrop like notch on the top of the screen and the same is powered by MediaTek Helio P60 processor along with 6/8GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the device comes with 128 GB and 256 GB of internal storage.

Moving to the camera department, the newly announced Gionee K6 comes with triple rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 16 megapixel primary sensor and there is no information about the remaining two sensors, it also comes with 13 megapixel front facing camera. The smartphone also supports the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for the additional layer of security.

Regarding the connectivity options, the latest Gionee K6 supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and micro USB port. It packs on 4,350 mAh battery and the device runs on Android 7.1 which means it is offering 3 years older Android operating system.

Pricing and availability

The base variant is priced at CNY 799 and the high-end variant i.e. 8GB RAM will cost CNY 899 and the device will available in the market of China.
