The search engine giant Google has implemented a very helpful feature in Gmail as now users can able to access the Google Calendar schedule feature on the board. So let’s get into the article to check out the details.
The newly implemented Google Calendar schedule feature is now available in Gmail and you can able to access the feature via a new calendar icon and the same is located at the bottom of the email conversation view. It will offer two options that include “Create an event” and “Offer times you’re free.”
Speaking about the “Create an event,” it is the feature that will generate a Google Calendar event immediately and the same will be using the email’s subject line as the event title. It will also automatically take the recipients as participants.
While the “Offer times you’re free,” will be enabling users to share their available times and the same can be selected using time slots on their sidebar calendar, and the same can be easily shared with email recipients.
The newly added capability is available to all Google Workspace clients as well as personal Google account holders.
