So you can always keep an eye on all the updates of your package in one simple list. This particular feature will be rolled out on mobile and web version of Gmail across the world.
Gmail has also introduced another feature dubbed the Promotions tab and that will offer the capability to sort by most relevant promotional events. The sort order will better surface updates from sender and brands that matter most to you.
