We know that Google and Samsung are having an interest in the computer world as Google offers ChromeOS and Samsung offers the DeX. But both are not that successful in the world but now it seems that things are going to be changed in the near future as both Google and Samsung are reportedly collaborating for a new device that will combine DeX and ChromeOS.
DeX is a setup of Samsung that will enable users to connect Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets to a monitor or TV to create a desktop-like experience and when you connect to a larger display and the DeX expands the phone’s screen and provides access to a full-size keyboard and mouse. While the ChromeOS is a lightweight operating system and the same is designed for Chromebooks. Now it is reported that both technologies are going to be merged very soon.
The report is suggesting that Samsung is currently working on a device that will combine its DeX platform with Google’s ChromeOS and the device is said to be called the DeXbook. It will be powered by an Exynos chip.
We don’t have any other information about the same at the moment of time but we are looking forward to learn more about the same in the coming days.
