So here we have another new announcement from Google I/O 2017. Google is quite focusing on visuals this year like Standalone Daydream VR, Google Lens, etc. But now they have announced something new in regards to audio as well. Google has announced a new programme named as ‘VolumeShaper’. Now let’s see what this VolumeShaper is offering.
This VolumeShaper basically do audio transactions in Android phones. In Android nougat & before, Google used third-party tools for audio transactions. Now Google has their own tool so that they can do audio transactions in better way. It configures the lines of codes to apply the desired transactions automatically. These transactions are based on duration, volume curve and interpolator type. In short, this tool will help in better sound in Android.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. We hope that audio quality will improve with Android O. We will get to know this once we will have our hand’s on the Android O later this year (in my OnePlus 3 😉). Stay tuned with us for more information.

Transactions is kinda boring. You ought to look at Yahoo’s front page and
note how they create post titles to grab people interested.
