Android is a very popular and powerful operating system and the same enables users to customize their device according to their preferences. Well, Google is now come up with a solution and the company has announced Android 12L.
The newly announced Android 12L operating system is coming with optimized user interfaces and it will provide an amazing experience on large screen devices like tablets along with foldable devices and Chrome OS powered devices.
With the new Android 12L, the company will offer the search bar on the top of the screen and the company will also offer a six-button power menu and that will include bug report as well as screenshot. It is also coming with two-column lock screen and you will also get a dual-pane interface for the settings menu.
The developers of the search engine giant Google have also introduced a redesigned overview interface and that will showcase the current app in full screen while the other applications will be displayed in small size. The operating system is also coming with the ability of automatic enabling of all the applications to make split-screen mode and that is even if a particular application is not resizeable.
Google is also enabling the manufacturers to easily customize letterboxing and the new Android 12L is also bringing a taskbar for large screen devices and this will enable users to switch applications seamlessly.
Speaking about the availability, it is confirmed that the new Android 12L will be official in the early days of next year with the Android 12 powered tablets and foldable devices.
The company also confirmed that it will be available today for developers and the company will release a developer preview very soon for the Lenovo P12 Pro. Moreover, the company will release a beta version for Pixel phones in December.
