Google Announces WebXR For Chrome

The search engine giant Google has announced a lot of new innovations and improvements at the Google I/O 2018 event, and now the company has announced a new WebXR for the Chrome browser. Well, it is the company’s new move for the field of Augmented Reality (AR).

With the new WebXR Google allows an immersive experience without the need of an additional application, and it allows developers to optimize and integrate the Virtual Assistant (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) experience directly into the Google Chrome browser.

Well, both the web AR or VR is still a thing under development stage and it will take some time for it to be a fully fledged product and to available for the regular users of Google Chrome.
