Since the Android Oreo (Go Edition) launched, Google continuously bringing applications for low-end specification devices. After launching the Google Go, Gboard Go, Files Go, Maps Go, Gmail Go and YouTube Go, now the virtual assistant of Google joins the league. Google Assistant’s lite version called Google Assistant Go is now available on Play Store.
The lite version of Google Assistant will also perform all the activities which you can find on the normal Assistant, users can ask the Google Assistant Go to send SMS, make phone calls, to play your favourite music tracks, or any other kind of search queries with your voice commands. However, few functions will not available on the Google Assistant Go which we find on the regular Assistant app.
It is worth to mention that, the go version of apps will only run on the devices which are powered by Android Oreo (Go Edition). Moreover, the app also supports French, German, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Thai languages apart from English.
