Google Brings New Features For Kids On Various Platforms

The entire world is lockdown due to the outbreak of coronavirus that means the little ones cannot go outside for any kind of leisure time and also they require contents to keep their studies on. Well, Google comes forward with the innovative features on the board and that will help kids to learn new things and also to keep their time pass.

Google is utilizing the world’s most favourite video hub YouTube for the purpose of education for the little ones, as the company has announced a new setup called YouTube Learning and that is actually a channel where Google will provide lots of contents from various subjects and that includes Physics, Maths, Biology, language studies, study hacks, photography, yoga, and many more, this can able to access on both the mobile as well as PC.

Currently, the contents are offered in English and Hindi languages but Google promised to add many regional languages and that includes Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, and more.

Furthermore, the Mountain View company Google also provides its Google Meet which is the world’s fastest growing video conferencing platform free of cost to all the G Suite and G Suite for education users and this offer will be available until September 2020. If you are unaware about the highlighting feature of Meet, then it will allow you to make a video call with up to 250 participants that means a teacher can communicate with large number of students at once.

It also unveiled an Edu hub which will provide a huge amount of resources to help remote teaching and also to educate the little ones to take the steps during the outbreak of coronavirus. Google also brings the books from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Chhota Bheem on its reading app called Bolo for the little ones.

That’s not all, Google is also bringing a dedicated kids section on the Google Play Store and that will be approved by teachers and also taken with all the measures to provide an appropriate app for the little ones. Having said that, the company planned to launch this particular section later this year but now in the lockdown situation the company unveiled it earlier than plannings and it is currently available in the United States but the same will be available in other parts of the world very soon.
