The company has also updated its Workspace apps for better multitasking on tablets and large-screen devices in the recent time and now the new update brings redesigned widgets for Google Drive and Keep.
Google Drive widget will also add one-touch access to Docs, Slides and Sheet files, on the other hand, Google Keep features a bigger widget and the same will offer better to-do lists, reminders and more.
The Gboard keyboard app has also updated with an ’emojify’ button and the same will automatically add emoji to typed text or a typed sentence as soon as you press the button. This feature will be available in next few weeks.
It is worth mentioning that the feature is currently available only to Gboard English users and the same is available for the users who are using beta version.
The company has also updated Google Meet and it now offers a live sharing feature and the same will enable you to instantly co-watch YouTube videos or live share while playing classic games in groups of up to 100 at a time. This service will also enable you to pin multiple users and this will allow you to focus on specific people on a group call.
Google has also updated the Sound Notifications feature with custom sounds to their alert library. The company also brings audio descriptions on Google TV for those who are blind or with low-vision, and the feature will narrate live visual information.
Google has also introduced a new Keep tile and the same will enable users to dictate a note or checklist directly from the Wear OS-powered device. It will also enable users to manage notes and lists made across devices without having the tablet or smartphone. Google will also bring a new feature to Wear OS and that is a Bitmoji watch face. It can able to change expressions depending on the time of day. You have to create your personal avatar on the Snapchat, Bitmoji.com or the Bitmoji mobile app.
