Google Calendar is one of the most important services of the search engine giant Google, as it allows to create reminders, events and also helps to schedule meetings and business appointments. Well, now the service got a new feature called ‘Out Of Office’ and it will help you to select the working hours for each day.
The ‘Out Of Office’ feature can be found When you create a new event and the option is at the top and from there you can select when will you are out of the office and it also allows you to attach a message and change who can view the time period you are not in the office. And when you are out of the office Google Calendar will automatically decline meetings and respond with the message which you have set.
Well, with the latest update Google Calendar actually gains the ability to understand when you create an out of office event based on the title and you it still allows you to manually change if you want to use a different type of event. Speaking about the availability, the new features are rolling out to the G Suite users and it will be available within the next three days and the other people will get the feature within two weeks.
