The search engine giant Google has launched a new feature on the most handy service i.e. Google Calendar, and the newly added feature will help users reschedule meetings on the Go.
“Propose a New time” a feature added by Google helps users manage their events or meetings very easily. We all know that Google is making each and every possible plans to make their products easily accessible and hassle-free operations. That is the reason behind some Lite Apps, and Lite Android OS.
The new feature added to Google Calendar will efficiently help people reschedule their meeting. “We’re introducing a new feature that enables more efficient meeting scheduling. Now, each guest invited to a meeting can propose a new time and the organizer can easily review and accept time proposals. This allows for richer communication between attendees, reduces time spent on meeting practicalities, and makes meetings more productive with key stakeholders in attendance,” Updated Google on its G Suite Updates pages.
This feature works on the simple process when the user can respond Yes, No, Maybe, Now or even Propose a new Time to reschedule the meeting. It looks hassle-free and users can also see other attendees availability to make a convenient time for meeting again.
The new update will be available on the web as of now, and Android users will get this feature from August 13 onwards.
