The latest version of Google Chrome is Chrome 117 and the same removes the All Bookmarks reminder which appears on the top right corner of this screen. It was not that good to look as it annoyed various users.
It is worth mentioning that the feature was introduced as part of the Material You redesign and tapping on the button would trigger a prompt to open the side panel to view all the bookmarks.
This reminder was actually meant to educate users about the new bookmark location in the side panel but it was not that effective and took up valuable space on the bookmarks bar. Apart from this change, the latest Chrome 117 update also brings 10 security bug fixes as well.
