Google Home Mini officially unveiled; here is everything you need to know

At Made by Google event in San Francisco, the search engine giant has unveiled Google Home Mini, which heard in various leaks and rumours from some time. But now Google puts full stop to all the rumours, with the announcement of the product. So, let’s find out what’s new in this product.

 

These days every one behind the personal assistant and Amazon gets advantages with its Echo device, because it comes under the affordable category. And Google’s last year’s Home was priced too high and because of many people do not able to buy, but now Google finds solution and a competitor for the Echo. As the company has announced Google Home Mini with affordable price tag, along with the power of Google Assistant.

The Google Home Mini is much smaller than the original Google Home, but the device can able to function all the functionalities of the Google Home, which was launched in last year. You will able to command the device with your voice, and it has four LED’s on top of it, which will indicate you when it is trigger or when the device is thinking.

 

What are the difference?

 

When the price has reduced there will be some difference, and the difference is in the hardware. Google settled smaller drivers which reduces the sound, you will not get the same sound quality which you had in the original Google Home.

 

Pricing and availability:

 

  • It comes in Chalk (Black), Charcoal (Gray), and Coral (Red).
  • The device is priced at $49 (₹3,190).
  • It will be released on October 19, and will be available in all the major retail stores and Google Store.
