At the recently concluded Mobile World Congress (MWC) event, in Barcelona, the search engine giant Google announced that they will roll out the Google Lens to more Android devices. Well, now the company has started rolling out the all-new Google Lens to all the Android devices which have installed the Google Photos.
Rolling out today, Android users can try Google Lens to do things like create a contact from a business card or get more info about a famous landmark. The Google Lens has first announced at the Google I/O developers event in 2017, and it will provide the information by just pointing your smartphone camera to any image or a landmark. The app really comes handy to those who travel a lot in various regions, and the Google Assistant powers the Google Lens.
Having said that, the Google Lens was made its way to the Google Assistant in November last year. And till now it was exclusive for the Pixel devices, well, now with the rolling out to more Android devices will give the feature to more users. Google will also roll the Lens to iOS devices but it will take some time, as right now the company is rolling out only to the Android devices.
