Google Maps updated and the latest version is coming with the layer of coronavirus and that means the application will now help you to navigate across cities safely and also help you to stay away from the virus and protect yourself as well as you are near and dear ones.
After updating the maps application to the latest version you will see a button and that is the layer button of coronavirus which will be available just below the profile picture, there should be a new layer called “COVID-19 Info”. Just like the name suggests it will provide you information about the seven-day average data of new coronavirus cases per 100,000 people and the section will also show whether the condition is increasing or decreasing in the colour coding.
The application will show data from 220 countries and the information is coming out from the public sources. Speaking about the availability of the new feature, the application will be updated on both the Android as well as iOS platform and the same will reach on your smartphone very soon.
