Google Pay is one of the very popular payment applications in the country and the same helps us to transfer funds to individuals and also make bill payments and mobile recharge on the board. Today we got a new piece of information with says that the company will be charging a convenience fee on mobile recharges. So without making any further delay let’s get into the article to check out the new information.
It is reported that Google Pay is now charging an additional convenience fee for mobile recharge and the same will charge Rs 3 for the recharges above Rs 300.
The application still offering free bill payments, UPI transactions for personal and merchant use and other activities on the board. We are not facing any convenience fee at the moment of time but this might be implemented very soon in the stable version for a wide audience.
It is worth making that there will be no charge up to Rs 100 mobile recharge and if you recharge between Rs 100 and 200 then you will be charged Rs 1 and if you recharge between Rs 200 and 300 then you will be charged Rs 2 as a convenience fee while if you recharge over 300 then the convenience free will be Rs 3.
