The Mountain View company Google is doing an amazing job with its Pixel smartphones, and the device comes with the super cool camera and the device makes everyone its fan. Currently, it is reported that the company is working on the lighter variants of Pixel 3. We also came across a report which suggested
that the next generation Pixel devices will give better functionality to the dual SIM. Now we got a new report which suggests that the Google Pixel 4 could be a fully modular and it will allow users to customize the smartphone.
The search engine giant Google has filed for a new patent called “Modular Device and Methods Therefor”, which suggests a parallel designing setup will make way for the existing Pixel smartphone line-up similar to Moto Mods and Project Ara. The patent makes wide for its use in multiple devices like laptops, media players, tablets, and more.
But the primary design of its for a smartphone and the main device is broken into three discrete modular components; the primary device accommodates a single unit comprising of a display and allied hardware such as the SoC, sensor arrays, battery, and other electronic components, then, separate upgrade modules electronically paired to the main unit, and a housing that serves to hold the two modular components in the familiar smartphone form factor.
We can make a guess that these modules can fit into one another. As of now, we don’t have any other information but we are looking forward to hear more about the same in the coming days. we will recommend you to stay tuned with us for the latest updates.
