The launching of the Google Pixel 7 series is one of the biggest launches of this week and the company will be launching the smartphone series on October 6 during its “Made by Google” event. According to the reliable leakster Yogesh Brar, the upcoming Google Pixel 7 Pro will feature a 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO display along with a 120Hz refresh rate while the vanilla variant of the smartphone series will offer a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Both devices will feature a punch-hole set up at the centre position of the screen.
Speaking about the camera department, it is reported that the Google Pixel 7 will feature a dual camera setup on the back panel with a 50MP primary camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera, this particular sensor will be available on the big brother as well. The Pro variant will also feature a 48MP telephoto camera with up to 5x optical zoom as well and it will also feature a 50MP primary sensor as well. The Google Pixel 7 Pro will also support features such as movie motion blur, true tone, and up to 30x zoom compatibility. On the other hand, the vanilla variant of the smartphone series will not support macro capability and its high-res zoom will be limited to an 8x magnification. The smartphone series will feature a 10.8MP front camera with 4K video recording.
It is also reported that the upcoming smartphone series will be powered by Google Tensor G2 mobile processor along with a Titan M2 security chip. The upcoming Google Pixel 7 series will arrive with 128GB or 256GB storage options. The vanilla variant will offer 8GB of RAM while the Pro model will have 12GB of RAM as standard. The smartphone series will also feature an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The Google Pixel 7 will house a 4700mAh battery while the 7 Pro will arrive with a 5000mAh battery and the smartphone series will support 30W fast charging solution. It is also believed to support wireless charging. It is believed that the company will not include the charging brick inside the box and the smartphone series will feature IP68.
