The video is is offering a look at the pre production unit and the same reveals the storage information as well. It is actually revealing that the coming device is going to be the most powerful Google A series phone.
The phone is actually remotely locked, and that’s why it is not booting to the homescreen but the fastboot menu of the device is revealing the information related to the RAM and storage capacities.

It is revealed that the upcoming Google Pixel 7a is having 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM supplied by Samsung along with 128 GB of UFS storage. For comparison, the Google Pixel 6a is featuring a 60Hz FHD+ display along with 6 GB of LPDDR4x RAM.
