The search engine giant Google is gearing up to launch the highly anticipated Google Pixel 8 series along with the second generation Smartwatch on October 4. We already came across multiple reports about the upcoming Google flagship smartphone series. Now the unboxing images of the Pro variant of the smartphone series appear online. The unboxing images showcase the upcoming smartphone running with the factory setting during a last quality check and clean. It is actually the last procedure before a smartphone being packaged.
Going through the images, the upcoming Google Pixel 8 Pro smartphone is visible in the Obsidian Black color option as well as the Porcelain variant. We can also see that the device is having matte rear panel. The box will contain the phone along with the USB Type-C cable with the charger, and Google’s Quick Switch Adapter.
It was previously reported that the upcoming Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphones will come with the power of the latest Google Tensor G3 mobile processor along with Titan M2 security chip.
The vanilla variant will feature a 6.2-inch Full HD+ OLED along with a 60-120Hz refresh rate and 2000 nits of maximum brightness. The device will come with the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It will come with 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128/256GB UFS 3.1 storage support. The report also says that the company will be offering the device with a 4,575 mAh battery along with up to 27W fast charging and Qi-certified wireless charging up to 18W.
It is reported that the upcoming Google Pixel 8 will come with a dual camera set up on the back that includes a 50MP octa PD wide lens coupled with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS), followed by a 12MP ultrawide sensor as well.
On the other hand, the Pro model is reported to feature a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display along with a 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and the device will come with up to 2000 nits maximum brightness as well as Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
It is said to come with a 50MP Octa PD wide camera along with a 48MP primary lens with 5x Optical Zoom, and a 30x Super Rez Zoom. Both the wide and ultrawide sensors will be supporting OIS and EIS. It is also said that the company will launch the device with up to 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 3.1 storage for the US, and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage for the Rest of the World.
Both smartphones will be coming with a 10.5MP front facing camera. Regarding the connectivity options, the upcoming devices will be supporting WiFi 7, Bluetooth v5.3, and NFC.
