Just yesterday, we came across the first render of the upcoming Google Pixel 9 Pro smartphone, and that offered an idea about the design language of the device. Now the vanilla variant dubbed the Google Pixel 9 renders appear online with the design language and reveals a triple rear camera setup on the board. Google usually offered the vanilla variant with a dual rear camera setup only. So let’s get into the article to check out the new information.
Going through the newly leaked Google Pixel 9 CAD renders, we can see the upcoming Google Pixel 9 smartphone in a blue colour option and the edges of the device are flat. The device sports a punch-hole cutout on the top of the screen along with rounded corners.
The back panel of the device features the signature horizontal camera bar with rounded corners and it does not extend to the edges. The highlighting element is the camera department as it suggests the company is retiring the regular dual camera setup and the upcoming device will feature a triple-camera setup. The device could feature a periscope telephoto lens that will offer an enhancement in zoom capabilities.
It also shows the right side of the Google Pixel 9 smartphone has a power button along with volume buttons while the left side of the device features antenna markings only just like its big brother. The top side of the device houses a microphone, and the bottom side of the device has a SIM slot, a microphone, a USB-C port, and a speaker.
The upcoming device is said to feature a 6.1 inch display and we don’t have any other information about the device in the latest leak but it was previously reported that the upcoming Google Pixel 9 series will be coming with the power of the Tensor G4 mobile processor along with the Pixie AI assistant and the upcoming devices will be running on the Android 15 operating system out of the box.
