The next generation Google folding phone dubbed the Google Pixel Fold 2 appeared online yesterday with details about the processor and today the image of the phone appears online and the same reveals the design language. Going through the image, we can see the upcoming Google Pixel Fold 2 features an internal display with a squarish appeal and the dimensions of the device are yet to be revealed.
The image of the upcoming Google Pixel Fold 2 is from the Engineering Validation Test EVT stage and the same shows a camera module at the top left corner of the device the same seems to feature four cameras including a main camera, an ultra-wide snapper, a periscope telephoto camera, and an unknown lens that could be a flicker sensor or an FIR thermometer sensor. The camera module also features a microphone and an LED flash.
It is said that the overall feeling of the device will be similar to the previous generation but it will be coming with design elements similar to the upcoming Google Pixel 9 series.
The upcoming device is expected to come with the power of the Google Tensor G4 mobile processor and it will be running on the Android 14 operating system out of the box. The device is expected to be announced in the month of October this year.
