The device is featuring a circular dial and has an attractive design. The device is also coming with a physical button on the right side and it is running on WearOS with Google Assistant support. The newly announced Google Pixel Watch features a domed, circular glass display that is protected by scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 5 as well as a stainless-steel. It is featuring a 1.2 inch AMOLED display along with 1000 nits (peak) and it is also supporting watch faces.
The device is also coming with advanced health related features including continuous heart rate at 1-second intervals, tracks sleep, blood oxygen monitoring (SpO2), and the device is also capable for ECG (electrocardiogram) readings. It is also coming with Fitbit’s most accurate heart rate tracking.
The Google Pixel Watch is powered by the Samsung Exynos 9110 chip, which is an older processor and the same was seen on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3. Google is also offering an additional Cortex M33 co-processor and that is claimed to optimise the battery life. The device is also coming with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.
The latest Google Pixel Watch is also supporting Bluetooth 5.0, LTE, Wi-Fi, and NFC. The device is also featuring a compass, built-in GPS, and motion sensors like an accelerometer and gyroscope. It is also coming with a built-in microphone and speaker for Google Assistant and calling.
The device is claimed to offer up to 24 hours of usage and it is also coming with water resistant up to 5 ATM.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the Google Pixel Watch pricing starts at $349 for the GPS + Bluetooth-only model While the LTE-compatible model is having a price tag of $399. If you will be available from October 13 in selected Markets and there is no information about the availability of the device in India.
