Google releases Android distribution chart of June 2017

Google has released Android distribution chart of this month. In the latest update, Nougat improves its growth in the latest distribution chart. And the latest OS (both 7.0 and 7.1) gets a jump in share, let’s have a look in the latest distribution chart.



Last month, Android Nougat improved its share in the devices. We have seen Nougat had 7.1%, and now its jumped to 9.5%. this is not a big number, but as now manufacturer’s updating devices and launching devices with the new OS will definitely give push to its share.


Android Marshmallow has 31.2%, with this it has large share in the Android distribution. Lollipop numbers gone down, both the versions (v5.0 and v5.1) of Lollipop managed with 30.8%. Ice Cream Sandwich and Gingerbread both are the lowest OS of Android with 0.8% share. Jelly Bean’s share goes down to 8.8%, KitKat goes down to .7% in this month too, now the OS has 18.1% of share.
