Google confirmed that 77 percent of positive reviews of a premium game “Game Dev Tycoon” has been removed.
Greenheart Games said in their BlogSpot that Google has removed some major positive reviews and this mass removal of review is due to the Google’s new algorithm to stop fake reviews. The mass removal is about a few thousand which really matters for a premium game available in play store.
Google has not done this randomly. They did check several times before removing the revies. Google has used the algorithm to identify fake reviews of Premium apps and games. The 400 rupees game lets the user write reviews only after purchasing the game officially. However, the game developer is feeling bad on Google’s action, since several players have given the reviews by experiencing the Game completely.
