The Mountain View company Google, always wants to test new things in their various products to give maximum satisfaction to the users. In the latest bid, the company testing on the world’s most favourite video viewing and sharing platform YouTube.
Google testing with YouTube playback speed controls on Android platform, this feature is nothing new for the desktop version of YouTube users but Google has just started to test the same feature on the app.
The YouTube app users must be known about the three dots which is located at the top right corner of A video (when you play it), and now that is where the new option will be similar to the desktop. With the new feature you can speed up a videos to 1.25x, 1.5x or 2x, and with the new feature you can able to watch video even in slow-motion.
Right now the feature is on testing so it may not be available for you, and it might also be a server-side update. So, you have to wait for some time to get the latest feature on your YouTube Android app.
