Here’s The New Look Of Gmail

The Mountain View company Google provides lots of services and many of them are handy for our daily use, and one such service is Gmail. Google and its developers implement new improvements to its different platforms and services, after a period of time but the desktop client of the Gmail doesn’t receive an update for a long time. Well, now it seems that we are going to see a revamped look for the Gmail.

Here's The New Look Of Gmail

A trustworthy source of Android Authority revealed the new design of the Gmail, and in the makeover, Gmail gets features such as email snoozing and smart replies. Moreover, the latest design also brings a sidebar which will give you the access to different Google applications such as Google Calendar, Google Keep, Play Store and more.

Google also gearing to refresh the task, with a To-Do list which can be built directly in the Gmail window to help users to keep track with their goals for the day. Well, the new changes will give the maximum productivity and comfort to the users to access various services without leaving the inbox. Moreover, the revamped design will give three different layouts.

  • Default = This layout will show you what kind of attachment is included in an email, which includes stuff such as images, slides, documents or spreadsheets, right from your inbox.
  • Comfortable = It removes these icons and will show the familiar paperclip to display an attachment.
  • Compact = similar to Comfortable but decreases the vertical whitespace.

Right now, there is no information about the launching of the new design. However, I believe that the company will start a beta testing program before the official launch. If this comes true then Gmail will be dearer for its users, do let us know your thoughts about the new makeover in the comment section below!
