The Honor 500 series will be official in China very soon and the official listing has been updated and reveals storage options along with colour options of the smartphone series. So let’s get into the article to learn the new details.
Honor has revealed that the upcoming Honor 500 and Honor 500 Pro will come with Aquamarine, Starlight Powder, Obsidian Black, and Moonlight Silver colour options. The smartphone series will include the vanilla variant and the Pro variant. Both phones are listed in 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB as well as 16GB+512GB configurations. The Pro version will be getting an extra 16GB+1TB storage option.
It is also revealed that both models feature a flat display with slim bezels and a centred hole-punch camera. The back panel of the devices will feature a horizontal camera island.
The reports suggested that the Honor 500 series will feature a 6.55-inch OLED display along with a 120Hz refresh rate. Both devices will come with a 50-megapixel front camera. The Honor 500 is expected to feature a 200-megapixel main camera and an ultra-wide lens and is tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset.
While the big brother of the smartphone series will come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile processor along with a 200-megapixel primary camera, an ultra-wide shooter. The device will also feature a 64-megapixel periscope camera. Both models are expected to run MagicOS 10 based on Android 16 and come with a large 8,000mAh battery with 100W charging, while the Pro may also support wireless charging.
