Honor has officially introduced its flagship tablet called the Honor MagicPad 3 Pro and the device comes with the power of the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. The latest Honor MagicPad 3 Pro measures just 5.79mm thick and weighs 595 grams. The device is also bundled with a smart touch keyboard and stylus. It comes with a 13.3-inch LCD display along with a 3.2K resolution, HDR10, up to 1100 nits of peak brightness, an IMAX Enhanced and HDR Vivid certification, 91 percent screen to body ratio, and DC dimming. The device also comes with the power of artificial intelligence to bring AI defocus eye protection, AI dry eye care, and much more. The device is also coming with the industry’s first 165Hz (lowers down to 30Hz) and 270Hz touch sampling rate.
It is the world’s first tablet to come with the power of the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC along with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The device also features a stainless steel VC system with a total heat dissipation area of 65485mm². The device runs on the Android 16 OS with a layer of MagicOS 6 custom skin on top.
The device houses a large 12,450mAh battery along with 80W wired fast charging (66W adapter in the box) and 23W reverse charging. The device supports dual band WiFi 7, Bluetooth 6, and USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 port among others for connectivity. The device also features an eight speaker setup with 3D spatial audio, 3 microphones, and Honor’s new YOYO AI.
Speaking about the camera department, the latest Honor MagicPad 3 Pro features a 13MP primary sensor with an f/2.0 aperture on the back along with a 2MP macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a 9MP shooter on the front with an f/2.2 aperture for selfies and video calls.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the latest Honor MagicPad 3 Pro has a starting price of 3,799 Yuan and it will be available in China from October 23.
