Honor has already confirmed to launch the new Honor X9b smartphone along with its new truly wireless earphones and a watch in India on February 15 but the company has more to launch as today we got a new piece of information that says the company is gearing up to launch a new tablet in India. The upcoming device is dubbed as the Honor Pad 9 and recently the device received the clearance to launch the device in the market of Singapore.
The latest Honor Pad 9 has received clearance from the BIS certification platform and it is clear that the company will launch the device in the country. Unfortunately, the listing doesn’t reveal any information about the specifications of the tablet. But we believe that the device will come with the same specifications as the originally announced. Specifications of Honor Pad 9
The latest Honor Pad 9 features a 12.1–inch screen and the same has a paper-like display with a matte finish. It also features an LCD panel along with a 2,560 x 1,600 pixels resolution. 550 nits peak brightness, and an 88 percent screen-to-body ratio. The device also features a 120Hz refresh rate and the company says that the device can eliminate 98 percent of reflected light for a glare-free viewing experience. The tablet is also compatible with stylus and keyboard.
Speaking about the camera department, the Honor Pad 9 features a circular camera module on the back panel and the same is available at the center position. The device features a 13MP sensor and an 8MP selfie snapper. The device is equipped with eight speakers.
Under the hood, the Honor Pad 9 is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor along with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. The tablet is backed by an 8,300mAh battery with 35W fast charging. The device runs on Android 13 with MagicOS 7.2.
