The newly announced HTC A101 Plus Edition features a 10.95-inch WUXGA IPS display with 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio. The device is powered by a Unisoc T606 chipset along with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage that can be expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. The tablet houses a large 7,000mAh battery with 10W charging. The device runs on the latest Android 14 operating system out of the box.

Speaking about the camera department, the latest HTC A101 Plus Edition comes with a 13-megapixel dual rear camera setup on the back and an 8-megapixel front camera.
