The Taiwan based electronics brand HTC has launched its new smartphone called HTC Desire 20+ and the same joins HTC 20 Pro which was announced in June this year. The latest smartphone is coming with the quad camera setup along with the waterdrop like a notch on the top of the screen and the company has launched the device with pretty decent designing language along with the specifications. Specifications of HTC Desire 20+

The smartphone features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 1600 X 720 pixels resolution along with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The device is also coming with a waterdrop like notch on the top of the screen and the display is tuned to refresh at 60 Hz per second unlike most other smartphones these days.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the octa-core Snapdragon 720G chipset and the same is paired with 6GB RAM and the phone comes with 128GB of inbuilt storage.

Moving to the photography department, HTC Desire 20+ rocks a Quad camera setup – 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 lens, a 2-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 lens, and a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 lens. On the front, the smartphone comes with a 16MP camera sensor. The smartphone also supports a fingerprint scanner.

Regarding the connectivity options, the HTC Desire 20+ smartphone include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G, GPS, NFC, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. It runs on Android 10 and the packs a 5,000 mAh battery.

Pricing and availability

The special edition smartphone is coming with a price tag of TWD 8,490 and the device will available in the market of Taiwan. The company is yet to announce the arrival of the smartphone in the Indian market.
