2019 is a crucial year for 5G and foldable smartphone technology. Many big smartphones giants like Samsung and LG, which are going to showcase their foldable smartphones. Between all these, Huawei has announced their upcoming event, which will be interesting for both these new technologies. So let’s have a look.
Huawei has officially announced about their event that is going to be placed on MWC 2019. Huawei scheduled their MWC event on 24th of February at 14:00 CET. As you can see from the image below, you will clearly notice that it’s the side view of the foldable display, which is bent in triangular shape. This indicates the foldable technology for sure. The tagline ‘Connecting The Future’ mostly indicates the 5G connectivity, which is present in this upcoming foldable smartphone.
If that’s not enough, the caption of the post from Huawei on Weibo will confirm the arrival of both the technologies. The Chinese caption translates to –
