It seems that the Chinese powerhouse Huawei is gearing up to launch the successor of the Mate 40 series of flagship devices by announcing Huawei Mate 50 Series as the launching timeline and the images of the upcoming smartphones seed is surfaced online.
According to the latest information, the upcoming Huawei Mate 50 series will be official in the month of September this year but there is no information on the exact launching date of the smartphone series. It is also reported that the upcoming smartphones series will include three devices – the Mate 50, the Mate 50 Pro, and the Mate 50 RS.
The source also says that the smartphone series will be powered by the company’s in-home Kirin 9000S chipset and the devices will support 4G-only connectivity.
Separately, the renders of the back panel of the upcoming Huawei Mate 50 and Mate 50 Pro surfaced online and it is showcasing that the same will feature a curved back panel along with curved edges. We can also see a circular camera module on the back panel and that is accommodating three camera lenses and two flash modules along with a sensor.
It is also revealed that the vanilla variant of the smartphone series will feature a punch-hole set up at the centre position of the screen, while the Mate 50 Pro and likely Mate 50 RS is believed to feature an iPhone like cutout and that will also house face ID sensor.
