Huawei has officially introduced the latest Huawei Mate 80 Pro in the global markets with 3000 nits of brightness along with a 50MP variable aperture camera among others. So let’s get into the article to check out the details.

The latest Huawei Mate 80 Pro comes with a 6.75-inch LTPO OLED display with 2832 × 1280 pixels resolution and a pixel density of 460ppi. The device also supports a 1–120Hz adaptive refresh rate and 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. It also comes with up to 1.07 billion colors and 3000 nits of brightness.
Software is the difference between the Chinese variant and the global variant. The global variant is running on EMUI 15.0, while the Chinese version ships with HarmonyOS 6.0. The device comes with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage option.
The global variant of the Huawei Mate 80 Pro features a 50-megapixel main camera that supports variable aperture ranging from f/1.4 to f/4.0 and optical image stabilization along with a 40-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 48-megapixel macro telephoto camera with 4x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom. The device also features a 13-megapixel wide-angle selfie camera with autofocus. Both front and rear cameras support 4K video recording.
Huawei has introduced the new Huawei Mate 80 Pro with a 5,750mAh battery (rated capacity 5,620mAh) along with 100W wired and 80W wireless charging. The Huawei Mate 80 Pro also comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, including protection against high-pressure water jets and submersion up to six meters for 30 minutes.
The device supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, USB-C with USB 3.1 Gen 1 speeds, NFC, and a wide range of global positioning systems, including GPS dual-band and NavIC. The company did not reveal the pricing of the device and the phone will be available in Black, Green, and Gold colour options.
