Huawei is gearing up to launch multiple new devices on March 23 including the Huawei Mate X3 alongside P60 series and the company will be launching the devices in the market of China. According to the reliable and popular tipster “Digital Chitchat Station,” the upcoming folding smartphone will be featuring a large 7.8-inch 2K display with a 120Hz refresh rate and the same will be protected by Kunlun glass.
It is also reported that the upcoming device will be coming with an IPX8 waterproof rating. Huawei Mate X3 will be coming with Ultra Thin Glass (UTG) technology for the displays. The display is reported to be produced by China’s BOE.
The upcoming Huawei Mate X3 is expected to feature a 50-megapixel IMX766 primary sensor along with an IMX688 ultra-wide lens and an IMX351 periscope telephoto lens. The device will be running on HarmonyOS 3 out of the box.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming Huawei Mate X3 will be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with a 4800mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging.
It is also expected that the Huawei Mate X3 will also feature satellite communication technology as well.
