According to the latest information, the engineering prototype of the upcoming Huawei Mate X7 features a 7.95-inch foldable display with around 2K resolution, and the same combines Colour-on-Encapsulation (COE) technology for vivid visuals, LTPO for adaptive refresh rates, and Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) for enhanced durability.
The upcoming device is expected to come with the power of the new Kirin 9030 chipset and it is expected to come with a large battery along with enhanced camera system, and an even lighter, thinner design.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming device will be coming with a battery of around 5,500mAh capacity. The latest report says that the device will be available in Obsidian Black, Phantom Purple, Cosmic Red, Cloud Blue, and Cloud White colour options.
A couple of months ago, it was reported that the company is testing two different camera sensors for the upcoming Huawei Mate X7. One of them with a 50-megapixel 1/1.56-inch sensor and another with a slightly larger 1/1.3-inch sensor. Both are said to come with a physical variable aperture.
