Huawei recently introduced the latest Huawei MatePad Pro Max for the global market, and now the company is reportedly bringing a new storage variant of the tablet, which is expected to be announced next month, which means in June 2026.
The device is reported to be introduced along with the Huawei Nova 16 series and new smartwatch models. So let’s get into the article to learn things in detail.
According to the latest information, the upcoming Huawei MatePad Pro Max will be official in China with a 13.2-inch flexible OLED display with 3000 × 2000 pixels resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The upcoming tablet is also tipped to come with ultra-slim 3.55mm bezels on all four sides. The device is also believed to come with a 12-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel rear camera.
It will come with a flagship Kirin 9-series chipset, likely from the Kirin 9030 series, along with a 10,400mAh battery with support for 66W and 100W charging adapters. The device will also come with features including satellite communication support on select variants, Star Flash connectivity, USB 3.2 Gen 1 support, and an optional soft light display version.
The device will be available in Obsidian Grey, Glow Blue, and Moon Silver colour options. Another tipster known as Hyperdimensional Realm has reported that the device will be available in multiple storage options, including 12GB+256GB / 512GB, 16GB+256GB / 512GB / 1TB, and 20GB+512GB / 1TB. The latter is said to be a Collector’s Edition variant bundled with a stylus package as well. The upcoming tablet is also expected to come with HarmonyOS 6.1 out of the box.
