Just a couple of hours ago, we updated that the Chinese smartphone brand Huawei’s sub-brand Honor market and now Huawei has launched the much awaited Nova 4 in the Chinese market at an event. With the latest Huawei Nova 4, the company has created the world’s first smartphone with the highest resolution of camera, as the device features 48 megapixel camera and that beats Nokia Lumia 1020 smartphone which has a 41 megapixel camera. The device comes with an almost bezel-less design along with slightly larger and it does not have a notch on the top of the display, it also has a 3D glass and that is painted with gradient colour at the backside and that looks the device pretty cool.

It comes with 6.4 inch Full HD+ display with 2310 X 1080 pixels resolution, the device is powered by Octa Core Kirin 970 processor and paired with 8 GB of RAM along with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU for the graphical task. In terms of storage, the device has 128 GB of internal storage.
Moving to the photography department which is the most interesting area of this Smartphone, the device is coming with two variants – 48 megapixel and 20 megapixel, and this is for the first time in my blogging experience I am seeing a device which have different variants in camera, usually, we have seen different variants of storage. That’s not all, the device is coming with in-display camera on the front side. For this, the device has a hole in the top left corner which accommodate the front camera and in this way, the company has managed to unveil a device with the in-display front facing camera.
It comes with triple camera setup at the back and that is in the combination of 48/20 megapixel (f/1.8 aperture) + 20 megapixel (super wide angle, f/2.2 aperture) + 2 megapixel (depth sensing, f/2.4 aperture) with EIS, AI Beauty, Portrait Mode, HDR Pro, 4K video recording and LED flash, along with 25 megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture, AI Beauty and EIS. It also supports 3D Qmoji, aptX, and aptX HD, the smartphone also comes with a fingerprint scanner to give the best security feature to the users.
Regarding the connectivity options, the device supports 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, USB Type C, and GPS. The device runs on Android 9.0 which is based on EMUI 9.0.1, and the whole device is backed on 3,750 mAh to keep the lights on.
Pricing and availability of Huawei Nova 4
The Price of 48 megapixel primary rear camera variant is ¥3399 (approx. ₹35,268), and the 20 megapixel primary rear camera variant is priced at ¥3099 (approx.₹32,167). The smartphone will be available in China from December 29, and there is no word on availability in other parts of the world.
