The Chinese telecommunication giant Huawei has finally launched the much-awaited Huawei Pura 80 series in China. The device comes with the proprietary XMAGE tech and the device features a 1-inch 50MP camera with a f/1.6-4 variable aperture along with a 40MP ultra wide angle lens, a 1.5MP spectrum sensor, and a 50MP + 12.5MP dual periscope telephoto lens setup. This is the world’s fastest smartphone to feature this setup. The device offers 3.7x and 9.4x optical zoom. The company features a moving telephoto lens that switches between the two periscope telephoto lenses (83mm and 212mm focal length, respectively).
It is worth mentioning that the 1-inch main shooter is a RYYB sensor for one of the best low light performances. The device comes with a 6.8-inch quad curved LTPO OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, 3000 nits of peak brightness, and 1-120Hz variable refresh rate. There is no official confirmation about the mobile processor of the device but it is believed to feature the Kirin 9020.
The latest Huawei Pura 80 Ultra comes with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. The device houses a large 5,700mAh battery along with 100W wired fast charging and 80W wireless fast charging. The device also include features such as an IP68/69 rating for water and dust resistance, NFC, satellite connectivity, and Kulun glass for protection. The device is running on the HarmonyOS NEXT
