Huawei has launched its new wearables in the market of China and the devices are Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro ECG & Huawei Band 6 Pro. Both the devices are coming with heavy specifications on the board along with a pretty decent designing language. Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro ECG

It is the fastest Smartwatch of the company to feature a Class II medical device registration certificate from the National Medical Products Administration. The device is coming with the capability of ECG and the same also features SpO2 monitoring.

The device features a 1.39-inch AMOLED touchscreen colour display with 454×454 pixels resolution and a 326ppi pixel density. The smartwatch features accelerometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, along with optical heart rate sensor. The device also supports ambient light sensor, barometric pressure sensor, and capacitive sensor.

It is coming with the power of the Kylin A1 processor and it is paired with 4GB of internal storage and the latest Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro ECG offers a power button and a navigation button.

The device is also coming with the wireless charging capability and the device is coming with 5ATM water-resistant (up to 50 metres). Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro ECG also features GPS, NFC, and Bluetooth v5.1. The device also features microphone and speaker support, and the same will provide up to 12 days of typical use and up to 7 days of heavy usage.

It features over 100+ sports modes and the same features stress and sleep monitoring as well, and the device is compatible with Android 5.0 and iOS 9.0 devices, but the ECG feature is not supported with iOS phones.

Huawei Band 6 Pro

Huawei Band 6 Pro features a 1.47-inch AMOLED display and the same include accelerometer, gyroscope, and optical heart rate sensor. The device is coming with 5ATM waterproof (50 metres) and features a magnetic thimble charging port.

Regarding the connectivity options, the device supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5. The device will provide its service up to 14 days and the device is compatible with Android 6.0/ iOS 9.0 devices and later.

It is also coming with 96 sports modes and the device also comes with the features like body temperature tracking, heart health management, sleep tracking, menstrual tracking, and SpO2 monitoring. The Huawei Band 6 Pro supports NFC as well, and the device is also capable to capture photos remotely, see alerts of messages and texts, check weather, and control music.

Pricing and availability

Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro ECG is priced at CNY 3,088 and the device will available in China from August 12. On the other hand, Huawei Band 6 Pro is priced at CNY 449 and it will be available in China from August 20.
